APM PROJECT MANAGEMENT QUALIFICATION (PMQ)
WHAT IS IT?
The Association for Project Management (APM) PMQ course is designed to provide a more advanced treatment of the topics covered in the APM’s ‘Body of Knowledge’. This includes a broad range of project management concepts and terminology and a working understanding of how these can be implemented to deliver successful projects, from individual assignments through to large capital projects.
This course is completed part time, three hours weekly over 14 weeks, with a 3-hour written examination upon completion.
WHO IS IT FOR?
The PMQ is designed for professionals who wish to take the next step in their project careers and acquire a broad range of project management knowledge. Applicants typically have some pre-existing project management knowledge or experience and it is the ideal next step for anyone holding the APM PFQ.
HOW IS IT STRUCTURED?
In advance of the course, delegates will be provided with suitable pre-reading as a pre-requisite for taking the course. If you have any questions whilst you are going through the reading, these can be discussed in the training sessions. The online course is presented in a classroom style delivery via a live video-conferencing platform.
