Exciting news, we have successfully passed our second surveillance audit for our Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001 last Friday! We are still waiting on the official report from the auditor, but we have been told that we have successfully passed.

PLP want to say thank you very much to the QMS team who worked hard on gathering evidence and meeting with different process owners & an extra shout-out to Alistair & Andy H for their invaluable assistance in the run up to the audit 😊.

We received 0 major and minor non-conformities and SGS (the auditors) recommends that we continue with the system!

We do however have several opportunities for improvement and the continuing evolution of the QMS so watch this space!
