THE CHALLENGE

This retail company wanted to replace a legacy IT system with an oracle-based solution to improve efficiency and maximise profit. Since entering a new stage of development, their older IT system was no longer fit for purpose. It was essential for them to have a state-of-the-art ERP system to effectively manage stock control, handle financial data and to have an advanced CRM database function. This was a far cry from the older, outdated system the business had started out using. On top of this, staff also needed the expertise to operate these systems effectively across multiple sites across the UK, making this a significant and large-scale project.
