This retail company wanted to replace a legacy IT system with an oracle-based solution to improve efficiency and maximise profit. Since entering a new stage of development, their older IT system was no longer fit for purpose. It was essential for them to have a state-of-the-art ERP system to effectively manage stock control, handle financial data and to have an advanced CRM database function. This was a far cry from the older, outdated system the business had started out using.
