Current responsibilities: Yash has recently joined PLP as a Project Consultant and is yet to be assigned a client account. He is currently supporting Adam Cross (Line Manager) with the development of the PM Working Group knowledge hub and also parallelly brushing up on his Project Management skills through online courses.

Previous experience and personality: Yash comes with proven expertise in operations and project management. He was an accomplished Indian Air Force Officer, adept at managing stakeholder relationships while supporting critical operations. He has had extensive exposure to project and risk management; defined robust processes in accordance with structured and lean agile methodologies. Prior to his stint in the Indian military, he has worked in the Telecom sector in India for about 2 years and 08 months, taking his total work experience to about 13 years. 

Personality: Yash is a composed individual with a personable character which helps him build lasting relationships with different stakeholders efficiently.  His stint in the military has only accentuated the adaptability and integrity aspects within him, while also inculcating a strong sense of discipline in everything that he does.

Interests outside of work: Yash enjoys his long walks or runs (whichever he can manage), the adrenaline rush associated with adventure sports (he has tried a few!!), listening to his daily dose of Bollywood music.  He has tried his hand at cooking for the past year or so and finds it really relaxing. He absolutely loves and looks forward to spending time with his three-year old.
