Qualifications:

  • APMP – PFQ

  • Diploma in Strategic Management Studies

Current responsibilities: Stephen has just finished his assignment with a leading supermarket and he is currently waiting for his next assignment. In the meantime he will be working with the Business Development Manager looking at securing opportunities for the future.

Previous experience and personality: Stephen is a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who is eager to rise to any initiative or challenge. He has proven experience of working both on his own, and within larger teams that are often split across multiple locations both nationally and internationally.  Stephen has been involved in project management and change for over 20 years in various roles from Project Management, UAT Tester, Implementation Manager, Business Design and PMO roles. Stephen delivered on all aspects of project life cycles from idea capture, feasibility studies, scope and requirements capturing, Business Acceptance testing through to implementation, post live support and benefit tracking and most recently managed a number of PMO teams leading multi-disciplined teams along the way.  Stephen thrives on the complex and demanding pressures involved in the various roles and he ensure that he always meet stakeholders’ requirements and expectations through effective communication and collaboration by management of my own priorities and those of others. Throughout his time with Lloyds Banking Group, Stephen have managed teams across multiple roles within numerous Divisions including Retail, Insurance, ATM’s and the PPI Programme.  Prior to joining PLP  he worked at ATOS as the procurement lead managing all the PO’s and associated procurement activity within the team. 

Interests outside of work: Stephen enjoys spending time with the family – partner and 2 girls aged 11 and 14.  Playing golf when the weather allows at the top of the Pennines. He like watching and supporting Leeds United and anything but clothes shopping.
