Paul Sprake

Current responsibilities: Paul is working on the cardfactory account as Resourcing Manager for Transformation Office and Group IT, managing successful rollout of a PPM tool to streamline and simplify existing Planning and Resource Management processes

Previous experience and personality: Paul has prior experience working on the Asda account, assisting Rob Watson, the client, and the PLP team with Release 3 planning and ensuring the provision of consistent Plans-on-a-Page. Paul has been involved in PMO roles since approximately 2007, progressing from a Project Support Officer to PMO Manager positions. From 2010 onwards, he has primarily focused on managing significant planning and control projects.

Interests outside of work: Spending time with family and friends, cycling, both mountain and road bikes, with local cycling group, and indoor rowing, to keep fit. Paul also enjoys learning Italian.
