Current responsibilities: Molly is currently working on a client site offering project support to Senior Planners, Project Managers and PMO Consultants through carrying out effective project support responsibilities. This includes resource management, resource capacity and capability planning, chairing large meetings and governance forums. Continuously learning and developing her knowledge of project management functions including the project lifecycle, stakeholder management and risk management.

Previous experience and personality: Molly graduated in 2022 from University of Liverpool University with a degree in Marketing with a Year in Industry which she completed at PLP as a Marketing Assistant. She has since worked as an Account Executive at a marketing agency where she contributed to the efficient management and smooth delivery of branding campaigns and projects across a large client portfolio, working across multiple projects varying in complexity and duration simultaneously. Molly is now keen to put her skills into practice in a new career path as a Project Support Officer and build on her knowledge and experience of the project profession.

Molly is a friendly, highly detail-oriented and goal driven professional that will get stuck in with any project she is a part of. Her communication and organisation skills aid her in achieving success.

Interests outside of work: Outside of work Molly loves going to the gym, travelling to new countries and eating good food.
