Current responsibilities: Mark is currently working in our training team, with Mike B and Josie, developing and delivering project management qualification training.

Previous experience and personality: Mark has worked as a Project Management practitioner for most of his career, spanning 25 years in a variety of fields. Following this Mark became an academic, working as the Course Director for the undergraduate and postgraduate Project Management degree and Director of the Centre of Project Management at Leeds Beckett University.

Interests outside of work: Mark enjoys a wide range of reading and music.

A huge thank you to PL Projects as a whole, but just wanted to say a specific thank you to Mark, as our main facilitator. I found the sessions massively helpful, very friendly and approachable, which helped me to feel confident and comfortable to ask questions on topics I was unsure of. Every session was engaging and interesting, and the trainer’s knowledge of PM is incredible, I’ve definitely taken a lot away from them, and hope I can be that knowledgeable as my career progresses! More than anything, Mark genuinely seems passionate and interested in helping ‘my generation’ to develop into successful, confident PM’s, which is really inspiring.
