Current responsibilities: Adam is currently working as a Senior Project Manager in the Delivery Operations programme for NHS Digital.  Primarily focusing on the implementation of a number of business improvement projects across Delivery Operations departments.

Previous experience and personality: Adam has 18 years of project management experience delivering IT solutions in the Local Government and Police and Social Care Sectors. His previous experience has been predominantly in the public sector carrying out IT projects for County Councils, delivering on multiple projects such as a Revenues and Benefits System Transformation. 

Adam’s most recent Senior Project Management role was to implement a HR and P transformation project for a major care homes company.

Interests outside of work: Adam is dedicated to his family and has 3 children, who he enjoys spending time with and finds it a pleasure to watch them develop their personalities and grow up into great adults. Outside of family life, Adam enjoys sports including watching his local football team and playing golf.
