Current responsibilities: Rob started PL Projects in 1998 and is an experienced business director and leader within the PMO profession. He is accomplished in a wide variety of project management principles and techniques, that he has put to use in diverse professional settings. He has delivered core project control elements of time, cost, quality, risk and change to a wide range of clients on many high-profile projects.

Previous experience and personality: Rob developed a confident, clear thinking and structured approach to identifying and solving complex problems through his roles in several Project Management Offices and through planning responsibilities for a variety of major projects.

Rob’s personality and work ethic is a contributing factor to his vast network across different industries.

Interests outside of work: Rob loves travel, especially with his two kids who are fast growing up, cycling and every now and again a touch of sketching.

Best thing about PLP: “In many consultancies, working remotely and on client sites means that sometimes individually you can feel a sense of isolation. The size and way PLP operate means that we all know each other and the family feeling that we are more than just colleagues who work together is one of the best things about working for PLP.”
