Current responsibilities: Marina is currently managing the sales and marketing department at PL Projects while supporting the business’s HR and recruitment functions. She is a part of the senior management team and supports the directors and senior leaders in making business decisions for PL Projects.

Previous experience and personality: Marina was the recruitment manager before moving on to her current role. Before Marina joined PL Projects, she worked in agency recruitment in Leeds. She came to live in the UK to obtain her bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of St Andrews.

Marina has a bubbly and warm personality. She enjoys being the main point of contact for our clients and staff. Marina is all about team spirit and loves to celebrate her colleagues’ hard work. She is extremely creative and enjoys using her creativity in her daily responsibilities. 

Interests outside of work: Marina loves spending her free time outside. She is an avid hiker and enjoys wild camping with her husband and dog across the UK. When she can, she enjoys traveling back to Philadelphia to visit her family and friends.
