In principle, you would be expected to work anywhere in the UK. Currently, PLP have hubs of activity in London, Reading and across West Yorkshire; you would be expected to travel to different client sites.

  • Maintaining RAID logs and improving quality, including facilitating review meetings.
  • Maintain change control processes.
  • Organise project review and project steering group meetings.
  • Integration of all PMO information in order to provide consistent information.
  • Help run project checkpoint meetings and deputise for the PM as appropriate.
  • Communicate effectively with the immediate and wider project team and share resources.
  • Own the project SharePoint area and ensure effective configuration management is applied.
  • Development and improvements to the provision of PMO support.
  • Production of high-level reporting.
  • Administer document and system access rights and revision control to ensure security of system and integrity of master documents.
  • Maintain and make available master document sets.
  • Strong project management understanding.
  • Experience of running RAID logs on large projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with creating project documentation and implementing standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Advanced level MS Office skills.

  • BSc (Hons) in Project Management or similar.
  • 2 – 4 years experience in a project coordinator or administrator role.
  • APM or project management related professional qualifications.

We will consider applicants between the following salary brackets:

  • £20,000 – £23,000 if you have not held a project coordinator position previously but can display our desired skillset.
  • £24,000 – £26,000 if you have held a project support position and have worked in the project environment industry between 2 – 4 years.
