Current responsibilities: Megan is currently Junior Project Manager at Card Factory supporting the Enterprise resource planning implementation of SAP.

Previous experience and personality: Megan joined the team as a placement student in 2018, where she worked with a team of PL Projects’ consultants at PCSE. Upon graduating, Megan returned and worked on the Testing response to COVID-19 at NHS Digital, supporting the Senior Leadership and Product teams.

Megan is an extremely competent project professional. She enjoys working in fast-paced environments where she can assist the client by using her project management skillset.

Interests outside of work: Spending time with family, cooking (and eating) and travelling.

I have had the pleasure of working with Megan on the COVID-19 Testing programme at NHSD. Megan has supported the programme above and beyond her PMO role. She is amazing to work with and she is extremely professional. She has a brilliant eye for detail. She has personally supported me for the last six months with the programme portfolio reporting and she has been brilliant! I would love to work with Megan again in the future and would totally recommend her to any organisation.

Megan has done an incredible job in grabbing the reins and turning the project around to deliver a successful investor website that aligns with the cardfactory brand. She has also been instrumental in bringing the business and Emperor together to work collaboratively which has driven the progress on and allowed us to get back on track with the plan to deliver within the tight timescales of this financial year. She has also given me the confidence to take a step back from the detail of the project but also highlighted any issues and kept me informed with progress. And not only that she has done all this with a smile on her face, she is a pleasure to work with.
