Current responsibilities: Josie is a Consultant Trainer for the Training department. She works with clients to understand their needs, whether this be off the shelf qualifications accredited by the APM, or bespoke delivery.  She has expert knowledge in apprenticeship design and delivery, with excellent pass rates in the Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship.  She recently completed her doctorate based on experiences of Level 6 degree apprenticeship civil engineers.

Previous experience and personality: Josie was previously employed the Course Director for the MSc Engineering Degree for Leeds Beckett University, following nearly ten years of on-site management experience.

Josie is an extremely determined and hardworking professional. She enjoys setting herself different professional challenges. Josie is a practical team player and will work to help others. She is competent in leading teams and setting measurable objectives to work towards.

Josie is a mentor for Level 6 civil engineering degree apprentices, and is a Reviewer with the Institution for Civil Engineers.

Interests outside of work: Josie loves the outdoors and being active – and encourages her family to do the same. She is learning karate with her eldest daughter and is undertaking British Triathlon coaching qualifications.
