The Behaviour Change category is to highlight change that creates a positive impact on the use of energy, including energy behaviour change, processes for energy efficiency and social models. This category was close of the heart and values of PL Projects, as we have been submitting to the RISE Awards since 2021, detailing our journey as an SME towards a sustainable future.
As our journey continues, we were pleased to show how our organisational structure and values are intrinsically linked to our commitment to being an SME sustainability leader. As a people focused organisation, it is important that our staff believe in our message and our values, and that they recognise their actions contribute to the future of the business and future generations. They are our voice to let our clients and delegates know of our values and our intention to make the right choices.
Supported internally by a sustainability working group, we are now working towards our B-Corp accreditation, a badge that we will wear with pride and share with our clients and suppliers alike.
We were thrilled to have won this category and look forward to sharing our progress with the RISE community next year.
