Current responsibilities: Dan joined our team at PL Projects in June 2021. He assisted with the Quality Management System (QMS) implementation which led to PL Projects gaining ISO 9001 certification. Currently, Dan is working for a high-profile London based company as a PMO Specialist supporting the establishment of a brand-new Portfolio Management Office, additionally providing expertise in Planning support.

Previous experience and personality: Prior to joining PLP, Dan was an Operations Manager. As an Operations Manager he was heavily involved in managing various regional and international store implementation and resource management projects.

Dan is a level headed leader with fantastic interpersonal skills. He has managed a wide range of teams and understands how to motivate his employees and different stakeholders. He continues to pick up new tasks quickly and efficiently.

Interests outside of work: Dan enjoys playing guitar, finding new places outdoors to explore and take his children, going to the gym with his partner and working on his house.  Dan is also a big fan of building and collecting Lego models and he likes to think he is a pretty good cook.

Best thing about PLP: “I’ve only just started but it’s already apparent how much of a close-knit and supportive team they are; everybody has been so welcoming and encouraging toward me upon coming aboard. I’m also excited to take on some of the great training and development opportunities they offer.”
