The PL Projects Recruitment Process
We enjoy meeting potential recruits at our head office in the Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre in Halifax (unless interviewing for an opportunity with our London team) where you have the opportunity to speak to one of our three directors and the recruitment manager about the opportunity at hand, your personality, skills and experience over some lunch or a cup of coffee!
Our interview process is about understanding if you are the right fit for us, but more importantly that we are the right fit for your next career move. Longevity, professionalism, character and aspirations are just some attributes we look for in new team members.
If you are actively looking for a new role or would like to submit a CV for future consideration please email marina [at] plprojects.co.uk, alternatively, please call the main line (0203 1377 111) and ask to speak to Marina.

See what some of our team say about working for PL Projects below.
Brett Pryde - Senior Project Planning and Controls
“I joined PL Projects (PLP) just under 4 years ago straight out of university a fresh faced and very green graduate looking to begin climbing the Project Management ladder and gain some invaluable experience.
I was more than happy to join a small fast growing company which fundamentally at its roots is a combination of experienced Project Management professionals and academics delivering excellent services to clients.
Over the past 3 plus years I feel that P.L. Projects has more than served me well deploying me in to two FTSE 250 companies and the UK’s largest Bus and Coach Manufacturer. This has enabled me to gain a breadth of knowledge in multiple industries on extremely challenging programmes whilst being supported/trained every step of the way.
This exposure and investment in me to develop has allowed me to learn faster, challenge myself more and ultimately take me on a far steeper development curve than I would of encountered elsewhere.
I now take on the challenges within this profession equipped with this experience and the tools to maintain PL Projects reputation of successfully delivering for their clients.”
Luke Mason - Senior Project Planning and Controls
“The most important factors for me is the people and the support they provide – all I can say is that they are more like friends than employers. This forms strong bonds of trust and transparency.
I know I can speak freely about any concerns or issues, be it professional or personal. PLP is a company that really does care from it staff and I never feel like a hindrance.
One thing I won’t forget is when I was buying my first house and needed some advice from (ex-builder) Mike. He went of his way to come and view it crawling in any accessible “nook and cranny” for over 2 hours.
This goes far above what you expect from an employer.”
