The PL Projects Recruitment Process
We enjoy meeting potential recruits at our head office in the Elsie Whiteley Innovation Centre in Halifax (unless interviewing for an opportunity with our London team) where you have the opportunity to speak to one of our three directors and the recruitment manager about the opportunity at hand, your personality, skills and experience over some lunch or a cup of coffee!
Our interview process is about understanding if you are the right fit for us, but more importantly that we are the right fit for your next career move. Longevity, professionalism, character and aspirations are just some attributes we look for in new team members.
